The wait is over! Friends of the
The Brighton District Library Spring Book Sale is back! The sale takes place on April 26
until May 1 and features thousands of books and media items for all ages and
interest, and their price varies from fifty cents to a dollar.

Book lovers can browse the member’s pages
sale early Tuesday, April 26 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., memberships will be
available at the door. The sale is open to the public: Wednesday April 27 from
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Thursday 04/28 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 04/29
and Saturday 04/30 (Bag Day – $5/bag) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 5/1
(Free day) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

“Friends have worked diligently to
keep friends’ bookstore filled with wonderful books, DVDs, puzzles, audio
books and more throughout the pandemic. Now we will finally be able to fill the
Library meeting room with a great selection of favorites for all ages. All
proceeds from sales continue to financially support library programs.
The programs are successful because of the professionalism and talents of the

staff,” said Marsha Luetjen, President
of the Friends of Brighton District Library.
