Black Clover will soon be back from its hiatus, according to a new report

black clover has been on hiatus for a while now, but fans always knew that Asta would eventually return to them. Now, it looks like his comeback is on the horizon. A new report has surfaced suggesting black clover will return this month, and the source is none other than Shounen jump…!

The update comes from Weekly Shonen Jump itself as the publication’s app released a small teaser on black clover the other day. As you can see on the Viz Media website below, a banner was added on Tabata’s title which confirmed that a new chapter was on the horizon. If the report is correct, black clover will release its next chapter on July 31.

At this time, Tabata has not addressed the report, and Shueisha has also kept quiet about the comeback. However, Viz Media still has the banner up, so fans are optimistic that Asta will really make a comeback this month. And if you followed black clover, you will always have your eye on a return to form before August.

After all, the series was put on hiatus in April 2022, and Tabata told fans that he would return to work in three months. The artist was taking time to physically and mentally prepare for Asta’s final act. The Black Bull mage has a lot to do before black clover can end, you know? This means that the only person busier than Asta will be Tabata himself, so you can hardly blame the artist for taking a little time.

If you’re not caught black clover, you can do it through Viz Media or Manga Plus right now. The first run of the anime is also streaming on Crunchyroll for the curious, but the show is no longer airing. The series is expected to resume once Tabata completes the black clover manga, but in the meantime, a movie is in the works to satiate fans.
